Eloise Hudgins is a

Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, developing business strategy, and managing hundred million-dollar budgets while partnering with executive leadership. She is highly skilled in driving operational excellence; managing and improving OKRs, KPIs, and dashboards; developing business cadences; and coordinating complex program execution in matrixed environments.
Known for her ability to influence with and without authority, build strong relationships, and lead people- and process-focused transformations that scale with organizational complexity. She serves as subject matter expert on process improvement initiatives in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
She has a MBA with Honors in Global Management and a BA in Biology and have been working as a SME in Process Improvement for the past 15 years. She has several certifications: LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Certified Scrum Master, Business Process Model Notation (BPMN 2.0), and Train the Trainer. She is a native of Virginia and currently resides in the DC metropolitan area.
